The American workforce along with your time in America will allow you to cultivate life-long relationships and friendships with coworkers, colleagues and business leaders. The program will also foster and help you to hone your skills to be better prepared for your future once you return home as you further your career based on the skill sets and experience from your valuable time in America.

Imagine the life-long benefits of putting your degree to work by supplementing it with the real-world experience of working in a foreign land and honing your skills or craft which will better prepare you and enable you to stand above-the-crowd when interviewing for a future position back home. The benefits this experience will provide will continue to pay dividends over your career, often separating you from the pack and show-casing your global knowledge and experience. This type of global skill-set can best  be accomplished when participating in an Intern or Trainee program in a foreign land.

The unique opportunity to travel to America and participate on a J1 Intern/Trainee program will allow you to create long lasting contacts and connections and these connections will assist you in expanding your career goals and aspirations and will help you to solidify the career you desire when you return home.

Once you have decided to enroll in one of our rewarding SPI internship or trainee USA programs please contact an SPI team leader who will discuss all application materials and review your internship goals and options.

Upon solidifying your formal placement and your application and training plan are approved, then you will receive Form DS-2019 “Certificate of Eligibility for Exchange Visitor Status.” Upon receipt of your official DS-2019 Form you will schedule a J-1 visa interview with your local U.S. embassy or consulate. Our SPI team leaders stand ready to support you and based on our thorough application process, proper vetting, and tedious preparation, most applicants are granted visas.
